Ep 31 Costs

$2,415 Concrete, $350 Pump, $1,000 Finishers

All the previous work (Forms, rebar, layout) was all done without hiring help, and minimal supplies. Very soon we’ll post a printout from bookkeeping software so you can see how the small costs have added up, and get a very accurate total cost to date number.

Ep 26 Costs

$8,269 - Excavation Contractor

This includes all equipment, operators, gravel, and dumping. The dig took 2 days total, and the second day was primarily working on drainage.

Ep 25 Costs

$350 - Surveyor

To be honest my surveyor did not bill me for this. He and I are good friends and I paid him by giving access to our recently released blacksmith course. Also he is borrowing an anvil! If he was going to send me a bill I suspect it would be in the $300-400 range.

Ep 24 Costs

$2,500 - Excavation Contractor

It was disappointing to restack these rocks but we feel much better now!

Ep 23 Costs

$1,000 - Draftsman

$1,500 - Engineering

Money well spent!

Ep 22 Costs

TRADE - The drafting work was done on trade. I did a store front for Gary Fadness, and he did the drafting on this house. You could expect anywhere between 1k-3k for something like this.

I billed $3,000 for this project. This was on the low end, but I hadn’t used my flypress yet and had time in schedule and I wanted to.
